Terms of use
Last updated 23 October 2026.
These terms apply to your use of BD Focus Groups, operated by BD Media Limited.
What we do
BD Focus Groups is a free service that emails you paid research opportunities run by independent third parties. We do not employ you, run studies or pay participants. Joining BD Focus Groups is not an offer of employment.
Third-party opportunities
Each study is run by its own company, which sets its own eligibility, screening, schedule, rewards and terms. We don't guarantee that you'll qualify, be selected or be paid, and we're not responsible for third-party sites. Any payment is made by that company.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and give accurate information.
Referral fees
We may be paid by partners when you join them. See our earnings and referral disclosure.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from third-party opportunities.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you may also have the protection of your local consumer laws.
